THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT LEGAL ISSUE OF OUR TIME.
This issue can be found behind every issue. Hence it is the most important. It lurks back in the shadows and most people don't even know it is there. There is a law of every case. Every case must be decided according to some law. What if you don't even know what it is. Worse yet what if you don't even know there is one (or fail to realize it's importance) but you believe you know enough about a certain case to speak for or against it. To not know the law of the case is like going outside in the rain. You might catch a cold, you might get a fever. And you might get so sick that all hope is lost. Kind of like a Greek tragedy. If you would have just stayed inside like Helen begged you to do. A tragedy could have been prevented. Only something completely unforeseeable and without fault is a real accident.
If we were all perfect there would be no tragedies and few accidents. But this is not possible so we must settle for the next best thing. Humanity! Human beings! Mortals. The Immortals themselves had many tragedies among them. They invented the tragedy. But a tragedy does not have to happen.
And this law my friends is the law of jurisdiction. When you enter into a foreign jurisdiction whether it be unwittingly or not you are making a massive agreement with a massive entity that you know nothing about. You've lost even before the ink was dry. And when you know enough about contract law and how it plays a part in how the law says agreements are supposed to be negotiated you can begin to understand what has been done to you. You have been robbed of your heritage. You have been robbed of your birthright. You have robbed of the freedom that your forefathers beqweathed to you with their blood, sweat and tears.
On Memorial Day do you ever think about the blood that went thru the viens of those whom you are remembering? It is my belief that we should approach this matter in a way and manner that would pay tribute to the great Clarence Darrow and we are sure to overcome any and all challenges that we face. Especially in the courtroom. It is said that Darrow gave his closing arguments from memory. He once gave an eight hour closing statement that lasted two days. We certainly have a lot to argue about.
Clarence Darrow knew that to win the day, tolerance must win also. Mankind was based on tolerance. At least the good parts. And when this balance was upset it was because intolerance had set in. Darrow thought intolerance was mean, ugly, cruel, decietful, and that it would silently rule the minds of men and woman. Intolerance is authority from one person to another. Something one thinks but does not say out loud hoping to keep it hidden. Because no one really has authority over any one else, but if you are intolerant you will claim authority. So others will do or not do what it is you are intolerant of.
The king is very intolerant. As most all western legal systems now are based on some omnipotent power who no one even really knows who it is. But you must look deep into these systems to even know this much. It has been said that the Common Law is absolutely distinguishable from the Roman or Civil Law systems. And this is quite true. In America why does the state always prosecute, even when there is no victim? They don't want you to know why and maybe the prosecutors don't even know. It is all about jurisdiction. The Romans had law for the Romans and law for the latin franchises. It was war that brought this about (Latin Wars) and it was war (American Civil War, sometimes called the War of Northern Aggression) which has brought about the current legal situation in the USA.
Are you tired of being confronted by government bureaucrats and government officials that make demands upon your wallet and bank account, if you still have one? This does not have to happen but you are prayed upon because you are ignorant. These con artists and thieves depend upon you being ignorant.
